  1. I’ll sit down with you to find out what you really want to know about the performance of your staff  in terms of product knowledge, sales techniques, legislation compliance  (are you subject to random industry checks?) and customer care. You may have major concerns about every aspect, feel a particular area warrants investigation , or be fairly sure everything's 100 per cent OK and just need me to confirm that. Whatever your aims, my tailor-made service means I can meet them. I’ll do what you need me to do.
  1. I’ll go away and plan an appropriate Service Evaluation schedule. Dependent upon your initial brief, this may include personal visits, email enquiries and telephone calls to your company. I’ll include a full costing and timescale at this stage, and ask you to pay a deposit if you wish to go ahead.
  1. I’ll write relevant, realistic scenarios to encompass the areas you want me to focus on, together with the vital evaluation criteria for each scenario, and run these past you to ensure I’ve fully understood your brief, then....
  1. I’ll slip into Covert Customer mode and do my research. I won’t be trying to ‘catch out’ your staff, and I won’t be looking for things to complain about. I will just be a normal, ‘typical’ customer making my own observations in a very objective way on the level of service I’m given. I’ll discuss my working methods with you in the initial meeting.
  1. I’ll present my findings in a full report which will be emailed to you within 48 hours of my completing the research. You’ll have scorings for all areas and an honest, detailed overview of my  experience as a customer, with strengths and weaknesses identified to enable action where necessary. You’ll know exactly what’s what in your business in just 3 words... here’s the proof
